Searching for a medium that can contain both audio and text

CD is old-fashioned, but is an object, it won't be removed if the internet or program crashes.
Thought about other medium like a QR code, but i like how CD package is more visible and can make more design out of it.

the booklet contains a selection of text from selected interviews and documentaries according to my research, which is a corresponding object with the CD package.
(most of them are from Asian countries, where the societies are still quite conservative about LGBTQ+ and are where discrimination happens the most.)
